What is Adult Care's client portal?
Our client portal provides a secure online space for users to communicate and correspond with Adult Care. Designed to enhance communication and simplify processes, the portal can be used by service users, their representatives and Adult Care staff to:
- Send and receive documents (e.g. assessments & letters)
- Sign and return documents
- Send and receive secure messages
Visit the client portal to register for a new account or to sign in to your existing account.
